Who We Are.

Luxe Detailing has been keeping cars in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire looking their best for the passed 3 Years, After starting out from  my passion for cars and detailing I have successfully turned it into a thriving full-time business, making many happy customers along the way. During this time, I've honed my skills, specialising  in ceramic coating and paint correction, with training from the top companies such as Gtechniq, Gyeon and Guard X.

With my passion for car shows and owning multiple show cars myself, I understand the excitement of showcasing your pride and joy among fellow enthusiasts. Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

 

 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the final balance.

  • Luxe Detailing reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty.

 

3. Payments

 

 

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Outstanding balances must be settled before the vehicle is released.

 

4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

 

 

  • Luxe Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stone chips, corrosion, weak paint, resprayed panels, or worn interior materials.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues prior to the service.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g. excessive pet hair, biohazards, mould, or neglect) may incur additional charges or refusal of service.

 

5. Service Limitations

 

 

  • While every effort is made to achieve the best possible result, 100% defect removal is not guaranteed, particularly with aged, damaged, or previously repaired paintwork.

  • Paint correction and enhancement services improve appearance but do not make a vehicle “as new.”

6. Mobile Detailing Requirements

 

 

For mobile services, the client must provide:

 

  • Safe and legal parking

  • Adequate access to the vehicle

  • A suitable power and/or water supply if required (unless agreed otherwise)

 

 

If conditions are unsuitable, Luxe Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

 

7. Weather Conditions

 

 

  • For mobile services, adverse weather may require rescheduling to ensure quality and safety.

  • Luxe Detailing will contact the client as early as possible if weather impacts the booking.

 

8. Ceramic Coatings & Protection Products

 

 

  • Ceramic coatings require specific aftercare. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may void any warranty.

  • Curing times must be respected; Luxe Detailing accepts no liability for damage caused by early exposure to water, chemicals, or abrasion.

 

9. Satisfaction & Complaints

 

 

  • Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Luxe Detailing must be given the opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the issue.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

 

10. Liability

 

 

  • Luxe Detailing holds appropriate care standards but shall not be liable for:

     

    • Mechanical or electrical failures

    • Alarm issues

    • Trim failure due to age or fragility

     

  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

 

11. Photography & Marketing

 

 

  • Luxe Detailing may photograph or record vehicles for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

 

12. Amendments

 

 

  • Luxe Detailing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
